The relevant quality of the education and training is of a strategic importance for each nation, basis for its better future, important priority of each government. The contemporary education is obliged to harmonize the good traditions with the possibilities, provided by the new technologies - computers, Internet, telecommunications.
The organizers of the conference "NTET - 2003", supported by the major educational institutions in Bulgaria, aim to set a forum event to meet large number of educational experts and practitioners to discuss education quality enhancement, based on new technology implementation. The conference aim to support The National Strategy for Modernization of the Bulgarian Education, adopted by the Ministry of Education, as well as various programmes for improvement of professional and specialized training.
